Cancellation Policy of Hotel Reservations

All Room cancellations must be emailed prior to the below deadlines:

  • Room cancellations received until and including 09.03.2019 – full refund.
  • Room cancellations received between 10.03.2019 and 09.05.2019- 50% of the accommodation fee will be refunded
  • As of 10.05.2019- no refund will be made.
  • No show – no refund will be made
*Note, in case of cancel action at any stage, bank transfer handling fee (30 GBP) will not be refunded – applicable to bank transfer payments only
