Instructions for E-Poster Presenters

E-Poster Presenters have each been allocated 7 minutes to present their E-Poster, which includes 5 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for discussion. Together with that, E-Poster presenters are also eligible to present a Paper Poster at the Conference. Printed Poster Guidelines and Instructions are available here.

        E-POSTER INSTRUCTIONS

  • All E-Poster Presenters will receive an email with information about their allocated slot to present their E-Poster.
  • The letter will also provide instructions on how to prepare the e-poster presentation. If you have not received yours please contact reg_icle19@kenes.com
  • Deadline for E-poster file submission: 30th August  

E-POSTER SESSIONS

Location: E-Poster Area, located in the Exhibition & Networking Hall (Champagne terrace, Level 1)

E-Poster Presentation Sessions are scheduled in the coffee and lunch breaks during the conference days as indicated in the conference programme. All participants are invited to the E-Poster Station to hear the short presentations and to ask questions. Each E-Poster Session will be guided by a chair.

Presenters should be at the E-Poster station 10 -15 minutes before the start of their E-Poster Session and remain there until the session has finished.
